The Referral Relationship

Have people book our tours directly through your website or with a promo/discount code you provide. You get a percentage of the sale.

So how does this work?

There are a few ways you can use a referral relationship. We can provide you a link to our tours for your website or your email list. Anyone who books through that link will be tracked in our system and we will pay you 20% of that booking total at the end of the month when the tour was operated. Another option is for us to give you a code that you can offer your guests. When they book, they’ll get a percentage discount up to 20% (this percentage is up to you) and you’ll get whatever is left over from that 20% for you directly. For example, if you give your customers a 10% discount, you’ll get 10% for yourself. If you give them a 15% discount, you’ll get 5% for yourself, and so on.

The main advantage of this relationship for you is that it’s very hands-off. All you have to do is put the button, link, or code on your site, in your emails, or your social profile (however you prefer to do it) and you get payments from bookings that were made through it.

  • You don’t! The customer does everything. Once you have it set up, you don’t have to do anything at all. Inventory is managed through our systems, customer service is handled by us, and payment is handled by us. All you have to do is write a recommendation and get paid.

  • We’ll send you a check at the beginning of each month for all of the bookings that were operated by us through one of your links or codes in the previous month.

    If someone books in December for a tour on July 13th, you’ll get paid for that booking at the beginning of August. The payment does not happen at the time of booking, but rather at the month after the tour’s operation.

  • You don’t even have to get involved! We’ll handle everything and they’ll be refunded. We know that any tours you promote reflect on you, and that’s why we have unbeatable policies. To make you look good.

  • This is a super valid question. I wish that our system allowed you to automatically see when a booking was made through your link, but unfortunately it doesn’t.

    With that said, we’ll be happy to send you info when those bookings are made. It’s a little extra work on our end, so we only do so at request, but I want to make sure we’re taking care of all your concerns!

    What’s more, we know that when you get paid, you’re more likely to promote us more. To us, this is incentive to pay you as much as possible.

    Finally, anytime you request a report of how many bookings were made through your link or code and the total $ value of those bookings, we’ll be happy to send that over. We’ll also be happy to send it on a recurring basis of monthly, annually, or any other interval you’d like.
