We know that vacations can be tricky, with unplanned and last minute changes, which is why our cancellation policy offers a full refund for cancellation with no questions asked up to 24 hours before the time your tour is supposed to start. If you decide you want to cancel less than 24 hours before your tour, you are still entitled to a 50% refund up to an hour before your tour is scheduled. You will also receive a full refund if we decide to cancel your tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
